Capital One’s airline and hotel travel partners are a great way to increase the value of your Capital One miles. The Venture earns miles, which can be transferred to airlines and hotels, but if you have a Capital One cash back earning card you can use the Combine Rewards feature to move your cash rewards to a card earning Capital One Miles.

My Take
The Venture can be a solid card for anyone looking for a travel card and can utilize transfer partners to increase the value of their Capital One miles. If you can use the Global Entry or TSA PreCheck credit, that will cover the annual fee in the first year, and in addition, you will earn a large welcome offer bonus. This is one of my top 3 Capital One credit cards, along with the Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card ($395 annual fee) and the Capital One Savor Cash Rewards Credit Card ($0 annual fee).
